Garrett Luhring is a full-time Realtor with Danberry Co., Realtors and The Luxion Home Team, serving buyers, sellers, and relocating families throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Having grown up in the Maumee and Toledo area, Garrett brings the perspective of a lifelong local who understands the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyles that make the region feel like home.

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Garrett began his career in software sales, where he developed a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service. He now brings those skills to every real estate transaction, offering clients a thoughtful, hands-on approach built around clear guidance, proactive communication, and honest advice.

Whether helping a first-time buyer, marketing a luxury property, or assisting a family relocating to the area, Garrett is committed to making the process organized, informed, and as stress-free as possible.

As the creator of the Moving to Toledo YouTube channel, Garrett also helps people learn more about local neighborhoods, housing, schools, recreation, restaurants, and life throughout Northwest Ohio.

Outside of real estate, Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their two dogs, exploring the Toledo Metroparks, staying active, and supporting local restaurants and businesses.
